In this module, the use of the ADKAR model to create change in a large organization is introduced.

Learn some of the foundational concepts of change management

Describe the elements of the ADKAR model

Begin brainstorming about ways to apply this model in Whole Health Clinical Care at your VA facility

Consider how this model might be of use in terms of making changes in a person’s own life as well
For this module, you will discuss what you learned when you asked the Six Essential Questions, and we will discuss how to do a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) assessment of your facility and how those four areas will affect your ability to implement your team's plans. We will also wrap up the prequel, setting the stage for the face-to-face course that is coming up soon!
