• In-Depth Case Study of the Whole Health System (Module 4)

  This module will offer a deeper, case-based dive into the key elements of the Whole Health System.

• Optimizing Documenting and Tracking of Whole Health Services (Module 5)

  This module reviews the Documenting and Tracking tools of the Whole Health System.

• Introduction to Change Management (Module 6)

  In this module, the use of the ADKAR model to create change in a large organization is introduced.

• Final Assessment (Module 7)

  This final self assessment will allow you to see improvements from the baseline assessment.

• A Review of Whole Health Clinical Care and Issues Related to Documentation and Tracking

  In this discussion, we will review responses to the cases presented in the self-study modules as well as the different mechanisms for documenting and tracking Whole Health activities and services. We'll also look at some examples of the methods available and address questions from the group members

• Review of the Self-Assessments and Group Tasks---Getting Ready for Upcoming Face-to-Face

  This discussion will focus on your responses to the self-study modules and the Group Task. We will explore key challenges expressed by group members in preparation for our upcoming face-to-face.

• SWOT Analysis of Whole Health Implementation

  Discussing "Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats" related to your AIM for implementing Whole Health Clinical Care
