This module will offer a deeper, case-based dive into the key elements of the Whole Health System.
This module reviews the Documenting and Tracking tools of the Whole Health System.
In this module, the use of the ADKAR model to create change in a large organization is introduced.
This final self assessment will allow you to see improvements from the baseline assessment.
In this discussion, we will review responses to the cases presented in the self-study modules as well as the different mechanisms for documenting and tracking Whole Health activities and services. We'll also look at some examples of the methods available and address questions from the group members
This discussion will focus on your responses to the self-study modules and the Group Task. We will explore key challenges expressed by group members in preparation for our upcoming face-to-face.
